Not sure how many old faces are still here but it's good ol' Wolf (I also have the account Dapplepaw and my brother's is Cougarfang). So I have been roleplaying for over three years now and I'm quite into semi-lit and full-lit roleplaying. Anyways:
A bit about me
well, I'm involved in VEX robotics and Science Olympiad. I very much am interested in majoring in the field of Engineering and will probably continue robotics through college. My favorite genres are SIFI and fantasy (like that's a big shocker), however, I do not like to dead much. I find reading rather insipid at times since I do have trouble turning words to images. However, strangely enough, I can turn images into words so I like to write--especially poetry. My current works in writing are a story about Band Camp and a girl who really doesn't want to go to it, and a few songs for a small album I'm trying to put together called, One day. Actually, I have a link to the instrumental to the single song, One day, for it. I don't have a microphone yet (well a good one) so I have been unable to voice it yet, but please to listen. I want my composition side of me out there.
Despite all of my left sided interests, I am actually slightly right brained due to the fact that I like to draw and push myself to see what I can improve, what brushes can make a different shading style, and a lot of other stuff. I just got a tablet for Christmas and it has drastically improved my art and helped me get along quicker with my animations. My drawing program I use is, Gimp 2.6 portable and it's a real pain in the tail about letting you save. The stupid thing always crashes and crushes my heart (literally) sometimes. I'm looking into getting Paint Tool SAI but the program is a bit out of our budget right now so I have to wait. I also sing and play the clarinet in band (saxophone for Jazz)
I don't do any 'sports' per say right now, however, I am trying to get back into cross country and track but I really, really, really have not had the motivation to run any long distance in quite some time (unless there's a donut at the end of my path) so for now, I get my physical activity in by Taekwondo. I'm a third Degree Blackbelt in ATA martial arts and I got second place at our district Championships in the Combat sparring competition (districts is a combination of 5 or more states depending on your region. For us it's five) I was beat by my friend who we always go back and forth between first an second. I am a State Champion though and I got kicked out of the top ten in the world by a point one (Top 11, yay!) so I'm still working on that world title
